How to Get the Most from This Meditation

Here’s how to prepare for the best experience:

🌀 Choose the right time:

Pick a moment when you won’t be disturbed—early morning is ideal, or any time you notice self-doubt, overthinking, or old stories replaying. Avoid using this as a sleep aid—it’s about awareness and release, not switching off.

🎧 Use headphones:

Headphones deepen the experience, helping you block distractions and tune fully into the layered guidance and mantra practice.

🪑 Set up your space:

Find a comfortable seat or lie down with support. Soften your shoulders, rest your arms, and allow your body to feel safe and steady. There’s nothing to “get right”—just be present.

👁️ Close your eyes:

When you’re ready, press play, close your eyes, and let yourself be guided. You’ll be led through breath, stillness, and imagery that helps old beliefs surface and gently dissolve.

🕉️ Use the mantra:

You’ll also be guided into a simple mantra practice—repeating a sacred sound silently in your mind—to deepen focus, quiet mental chatter, and anchor the shift you’re creating.
