🎧 Use headphones:

Headphones help immerse you in the layered guidance and mantra, allowing the experience to land more deeply in your subconscious.

🪑 Set up your space:

Sit upright or lie down somewhere comfortable, as if preparing a quiet inner garden. Relax your shoulders, rest your arms, and let your body feel grounded and receptive.
