For so many women, life has been a balancing act between being too much and not enough — too emotional, too quiet, too busy, too sensitive, not strong enough, not productive enough, not worthy enough.
These stories become invisible weights we carry, keeping us in constant doing, proving, and pleasing.
This leads to us trying to control life.
This first meditation, The River, invites you to gently lay those stories down.
Through breath, visualisation, releasing, and NLP-based guidance, you’ll move from the old energy of control into the natural rhythm of feminine flow — where softness becomes strength and trust becomes safety.
You’ll be guided to recognise and release whatever has been blocking your connection to your true self — safely, gently, and with compassion.
If emotion rises, it’s simply energy leaving the body. You’re free to pause - to cry, or to breathe - both will allow a letting go.
As you surrender the old patterns of too much and not enough, you’ll rediscover the part of you that is already whole — the woman who flows with life rather than against it.
The meditation will help women to feel like they don’t need to control themselves, their life, their partner, their kids.
It brings connection into you, and into your home.
The changes will be vast.
Control is a masculine thing to do and it doesn’t serve us as often as we use it.
The opposite of flow is control.
But we need to feel safe to go into our feminine flow, and that’s what we offer here.
And please know it’s very possible to be in life’s flow more often, even if you don’t believe us. Giggle. Try it and see what it feels like.

This 15 minute guided meditation isn’t just about relaxation—it’s a chance to let go of the parts of you that have felt too much or not enough, and to rediscover your natural rhythm of feminine flow. In this journey, you’ll be gently guided along a river—releasing control, dissolving old stories, and remembering the quiet strength that comes from trust.
Here’s how to prepare for the best experience:
🌀 Choose the right time:
Do this when you can be completely undisturbed—ideally early in the morning, or at any moment you feel overwhelmed, overthinking, or disconnected from yourself. This meditation isn’t for drifting off to sleep—it’s about release, renewal, and coming home to who you truly are.
🎧 Use headphones:
For a fully immersive experience, use headphones. The layered voice and ambient sounds will help you sink more deeply into the flow and feel safely held by the journey.
🪑 Set up your space:
Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable. Let your arms and shoulders soften. You might like to dim the lights, light a candle, or simply take a few deep breaths before you begin. You don’t need to “do” anything—just be present and open.
👁️ Close your eyes:
Once you’re settled, press play and close your eyes. You’ll be guided to connect with your body, your breath, and the symbolic flow of the river—learning to release what no longer serves you and trust the movement of life again.

Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel waves of emotion, subtle shifts, or deep calm. You may notice an old memory, belief, or tension rising to be released—that’s natural. If tears come, allow them. If you need to pause, do. This meditation uses NLP-based language and gentle visualisation to help you let go of what’s been blocking your feminine essence and open to your affirmation for this chapter:
